We focus on small-to-medium sized entrepreneurial companies, typically $1 million to $50 million in annual sales. We work closely with owners and key managers to make the right hire.
The first C is being candidate-centric. We want you to know what's great about the employer, where this position might take you, why you'd want to work there. Our first question is always "why are you considering a change?" We are listening to you.
